You’ll develop and deliver local people initiatives aligned to operational needs, creating a best-in-class colleague experience, which is our priority in everything that we do! Your data-led insight will support business decisions, getting stuck in across workforce planning, engagement, performance and all the way through to local talent management.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
* Building strong and credible relationships across the management teams, working collaboratively to enable a high-performance culture.
* Enabling line managers to be the best they can through your coaching, guidance, and support to deliver a brilliant colleague experience and generate high performance.
* Through your commercially focused support and problem-solving, develop initiatives which ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
* Using data and insight to help Managers identify opportunities and develop initiatives that drive value for our customers.
* Working collaboratively across the full people team, supporting business-wide activities.
* Having confidence to push boundaries and work alongside the business areas to truly make a difference.
