Bailey Street Alternative Provision Academy is part of The Manor Hall Trust and is an 11-16 school for pupils who have been permanently excluded or at risk of exclusion from the Stafford and South Staffordshire districts.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning by delivering lessons across the school. This role is Part-time (26 hours) over 4 days, and we are looking for a Teaching Assistant (Student Support) who wants to have a positive impact on our pupils' learning and well-being.
Applications are welcomed from people who wish to make a difference by safeguarding, raising standards, and improving the life chances, behaviour, and levels of attainment for some of the most vulnerable pupils in Stafford and South Staffordshire.
We are interested in candidates that are resilient and flexible enough to work in a pressured school environment. You will work alongside experienced, friendly, and welcoming staff members. In addition, you will also be able to access a range of continuing CPD. The successful applicants will demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values, and ethos of The Manor Hall Trust and be a positive team player.
