Biurokrat offers a wide range of services - accounting, welfare benefit services, translations, notary services, and all kinds of administrative services as well as money transfers.
Requirements:
1. Mandatory knowledge of English and Bulgarian.
2. Applicants with experience in the administrative field will be given priority.
3. Good knowledge of social legislation and the benefits system in the UK.
4. Good communication with clients, ability to work in a team, willing to work under pressure, ability to concentrate on details.
5. The applicant must be living within a 30 miles radius from the office.
Obligations:
1. Face-to-face customer service.
2. Answering phone calls and replying to emails.
3. Telephone communication with government institutions such as HMRC and DWP.
4. Maintaining the company's profile on social networks.
