As a Contracts Manager, you'll be a key element in the project execution to completion in the social housing industry, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
1. Oversee the management and delivery on various contracts, specifically Social Housing Refurbishment and Planned Works.
2. Carry out site inspections, interpret construction drawings and designs.
3. Cover from Sheffield to Loughborough and manage the teams/sites.
Requirements for Contracts Manager
1. Previous experience in a Contracts Management role (ideally Social Housing)
2. NVQ 6 Qualification
3. CSCS Card
4. UK Driving Licence
