We are recruiting graduates into our Farm Management Graduate Programme with an opportunity to understand every aspect of our business. From Seed to Shelf, our scheme will provide you with bespoke placement plans including Planning, Planting, Product Management, Operations and Harvest with some providing occasion for international travel abroad. The placements will focus on everyday people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement.
