BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER - OAK FACADES
SOLIHULL OR UXBRIDGE
What you will be doing:
1. Liaise with the project team to ensure that the IM Plans are initiated and completed at all project stages, including Archive
2. Ensure all BMS / IM Procedures are adhered to at all project stages
3. Provide training and support to all Site Teams
4. Provide training to Client, Design and Supply Chain Teams
5. Work with Quality Team and audit projects regularly and raise relevant NCR's
6. Offer suggestions to the Viewpoint for Projects System Manager on any system improvements
7. Build projects from the Master template following the completion of the IM Plan and Viewpoint for Projects Workspace Request
8. Configure the project workflows
9. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards & information naming protocols (MIDP & TIDP)
10. Conduct periodic audits to ensure document compliance
11. Daily interface with in-house designers, Design managers & commercial teams
12. Manage RFI's, Tech Subs, Drawings & Specification releases against delivery programmes
13. Support and resolve escalated user issues
14. Resolve any system issues
15. Produce quarterly project Audit reports to BU leadership team
16. Ensure projects are set up in line with the Field View Best Practice Guidance
17. Work with the BU Operations team to initiate the FV Project request form
18. Liaise with the FV systems manager to establish system requirements
19. Ensure that the Quality Plan and ITP contain sufficient information to establish the FV workspace
20. Assess project requirements for tablet devices with the BU Operations team and request devices where required through I.T
21. Support teams with downloading projects onto tablet devices
22. Manage upload and calibration of drawings in line with ITP requirements
23. Assign BMS forms in line with ITP requirements, identify project specific e-forms required and agree with project team
24. Invite users to the correct security groups
25. Provide BU on-site training to the Operations team
26. Manage the project workspace to ensure compliance with GT processes
27. Create project reports in line with the records requirements identified in the ITP
28. Create project audits
29. Ensure that all forms and tasks are complete prior to project handover
30. Export final report to enable the Operations team to close out the Quality Plan and ITP
About You:
1. Understanding of site operational processes, including principles of the Quality Plan, ITP and site records requirements
2. General information management principles
3. Field View training from the Systems Manager
4. Power BI training from the Systems Manager
