Drive Growth as a Business Development Manager for SAP S/4HANA in the UK
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Seidor UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with mid-market clients in the UK.
This is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full SAP portfolio with a strong emphasis on ERP solutions. You will manage relationships with prospect/customer accounts and leverage best-in-class digital sales technologies to win business and create lasting customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive Revenue: Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and quota.
* Demand Generation Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coverage and develop a robust pipeline through outbound activity.
* Qualify Leads: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
* Communicate Sales Plans: Regularly update key stakeholders on sales strategies and progress.
* Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting.
What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day?
* Sell Migration Projects: Lead the effort to sell migration projects to legacy SAP ECC customers transitioning to SAP S/4HANA with SAP RISE.
* Manage Greenfield Opportunities: Identify and oversee a pipeline of greenfield opportunities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring seamless execution by supporting other sales team members.
* Grow Opportunities: Manage the entire sales cycle of grow opportunities, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Build Client Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
* A degree in technical or business-related fields (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field).
* 5-10 years of experience in software or high-tech sales, specifically with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other ERP solutions.
* Experience in the management of New Business Sales and Account Management.
* Proficiency in English.
* Familiarity with the Midmarket area preferred.
