Job summary The post is a one-year fixed term contract. It will be based within Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust and primarily working at Darent Valley Hospital. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a trainee with an interest in education to develop as a multiprofessional simulation-based educator. The aims of this new programme are to support the academic and nonclinical professional development of healthcare professionals from a range of backgrounds and to bring benefits to the healthcare system in which they are working through their project work on the programme. This role forms part of the NHS England SE-KSS - BSMS Multi-Professional Simulation Fellow Programme which aims to bring benefits to the healthcare system through developments in the following priority areas: Developing Clinical Practice Differential Attainment Simulation-Based Education and Technology-Enhanced Learning Digital Skills in Healthcare Practice Leadership Development. The successful applicant will also support the pre-existing Simulation-Based Education (SBE) programmes running across the Trust.
