We are looking for a Campsite Assistant. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.
Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. Weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required. You'll likely be working more hours in the summer and less in the winter and spring.
Contract: Fixed term until 2 October 2025
Salary: £11.64per hour
Interviews: 14 and 15 October 2024
Internally you'll be known as Outdoors Holidays Operations Assistant.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What you'll be doing
In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop.
A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.
