OCS is looking for a Soft Services Manager to be located on site in one of our most prestigious buildings within the UAL contract portfolio. The role is to look after the provision of soft services at the London College of Fashion's new building at Eastbank in Stratford.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing a team of 50 plus cleaning staff including supervisors and janitors.
2. Managing OCS service partners.
3. Supporting the OCS Security onsite Team.
This role will report directly to the Cleaning Services Contract Manager. Previous experience in a similar role within the FM Public Sector is required, managing a large team, ideally in a higher education environment.
