We're looking for aEvents and MarketingLeadto join our Marketing team. This role will play a key role in delivering SCAPE Groups events strategy, supporting the Senior Marketing Partner in planning, organising, and executing high-quality events. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery, from initial planning through to execution and post-event analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, be well organised, creative, driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Join us and take the opportunity to:
Plan and coordinate in-person and digital events, including roundtables, forums, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, venues, and suppliers to deliver high-quality events aligned to business goals, positioning and messaging.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, including supporting on-site operations and management, ensuring events are delivered on time and within scope.
Act as the main point of contact for event-related stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and suppliers.
Collaborate with the PR, Communications, and Engagement Partner to maximise any relevant media partnerships and event publicity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance event reach and impact.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Content team to develop and execute event focussed marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, email communications, videos, social media, and website updates.
Create compelling event promotional materials including event visuals and assets for social media, and engaging video content (event highlights, speaker interviews, behind-the-scenes footage) ensuring consistent messaging aligned with SCAPE Groups vision, missions and values.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in event planning and marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including email marketing and social media.
Experience using event management platforms like Eventbrite or similar tools
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel across the country to support event delivery.
Youll have a basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace and be committed to support the business with its carbon reduction strategy.
