We are currently looking for a Planned Administrator to assist in the day-to-day planning of the Planned works team. The Planned Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Main Duties Involve:
1. Being a point of contact for the client and customers, promoting good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
2. Supporting the operational teams to ensure that works are managed in accordance with contract requirements.
3. Maintaining correspondence and accurate management of paperwork and IT filing systems.
4. Retrieving and inputting data onto IT/manual systems.
5. Processing and providing information to all parties involved in order to progress work.
6. Inputting works orders in accordance with contract requirements.
Skills & Experience:
1. Social Housing background - essential.
2. Strong Administration skills.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Previous experience in an Administration role.
