Provide 2nd line technical support for end user technology, promoting excellent customer service and prioritizing workload to ensure service levels are maintained.
Key accountabilities:
* Provide onsite and remote support for end-users
* Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are maintained
* Manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system
* Replace end of life assets and dispose/recycle old devices
* Provide IT induction for new starters
* Administer mobile devices and SIM card connections
* Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT hardware
* Ensure changes are made in accordance to change management guidelines and policies
* Support projects to deploy new technologies
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of IT security, infrastructure, and service standards, and technical knowledge of Microsoft product base, including client Operating Systems, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards
* Technical knowledge of Microsoft product base
* Administering MDM platforms and understanding networking
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
* Attention to detail and experience of supporting networked printers
* Proven troubleshooting skills and understanding of Active Directory/Azure AD
