Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant organization that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support on a part-time basis to work on Saturdays and Sundays for an afternoon shift.
Please note the candidate would be required to attend an initial 3 weeks of full-time training Monday to Friday on-site.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include :
1. Providing IT support over the phone
2. Providing first level support and logging the tickets
3. Providing hands-on hardware and software support
4. Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software
5. Maintenance of Client's Network
6. Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems
Skills we are looking for :
1. Detailed knowledge of Ticketing System
2. Detailed knowledge of Windows 10 Operating Systems
3. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
4. Detailed knowledge of Active Directory
5. Friendly, welcoming professional with good telephone manners
6. Well presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a team
7. Possess great written and verbal communication skills
8. Work well independently and productively within a small team environment
