Programme Manager – Capital Projects

Interviews are set to take place ASAP.
Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for several Capital Projects for the Local Authority.
You must have a minimum of 5 years Capital Projects experience within a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
About the Programme Manager role:
1. Working on multiple projects at once, including residential new build programme
2. Management of 5 Senior Projects and 3 Assistant Project Managers
3. Ensuring Projects are moving forward to timescales, within budget and identifying any potential grant opportunities.
Your previous experience as a Programme Manager:
1. Successfully delivered large scale, complex capital projects within Local Authorities
2. Ability to work within a team and be a team player
3. Strong communication skills and able to influence and negotiate with all key stakeholders
4. Residential new build delivery experience
