About the role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Passenger Performance Manager to oversee the commercial performance of our Jersey passenger business. As a core member of the Jersey Route management team, you will take ownership of the strategy to drive growth, optimise revenues, and enhance the overall passenger experience. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams, key partners, and local stakeholders to identify new opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure a seamless customer journey. With P&L responsibility, you will lead commercial initiatives, analyse key performance metrics, and play a pivotal role in strengthening DFDS’s brand presence in Jersey. You will be responsible for Leading the strategy for passenger ticket and onboard revenue growth, collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams. Continuously review performance metrics, implement insights from other routes, and drive efficiencies for improved results. Working closely with key partners, industry bodies, and local stakeholders in Jersey, France, and the UK to stimulate market demand. Collaborating with operational teams to improve products, services, and the overall passenger journey. Acting as a key DFDS representative, supporting corporate communications and engaging with industry associations to strengthen brand presence. About you You are a strategic and commercially driven professional with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Based in St Helier or St Malo, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where data-driven decision-making and market insights drive success. With excellent communication skills, you can engage with local and international partners to identify growth opportunities and enhance the passenger experience. Fluency in French is a plus, and a full passport is required, as regular travel across our routes is expected. Your ability to balance analytical thinking with hands-on leadership makes you an ideal fit for this role. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on driving growth through collaboration. A keen eye for market trends, growth opportunities, and data analysis is essential to shaping and delivering the strategy for the Jersey Routes.
