Credit Controller - Key Responsibilities:
* Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
* Taking and handling card payments
* Ensure all data on the system is updated accordingly
* Putting together weekly, fortnightly and monthly direct debit runs
* Opening new accounts, running credit checks
* Generic data entry and administrative duties
Previous Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working within Credit Insurance
* Previous experience working in a credit control role
* Strong communication skills; written and verbal
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Positive, self-motivated attitude
