Futuretech is looking for an Accounts Administrator.
The role will intend working closely with the Company Director ,you will take responsibility for our accounts department. Ideally, we would require an individual who has vast management accounts experience for this sector.
Your job role duties will include:
• Sales ledger
• Producing statement of accounts
• Maintaining clients accounts
• Account reconciliation
• Client liaison for queries
• Relationship building
• Preform debt / credit control
• Prepare reports for outstanding debt
• Accounts payable to help with cover
• Matching. batching and coding
• Help with month end tasks
• Ad hoc duties
• General Bookkeeping (receivable or payable),
• VAT returns
• Bank account reconciliation
• Processing invoices, receipts and payments
• Payroll duties
• Prepayments and accruals
• Supporting the Director and senior managers in day to day operations
• Cash-flow forecasts
• Other accounts administrative duties required
