This role will be primarily responsible for ensuring our operations and processes align with ISO 9001 quality management standards, managing IT-related issues, and collaborating with contract managers to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ISO 9001, experience in IT support, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : ISO 9001 Compliance Management: Oversee and manage the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management systems across the organisation. Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare for and coordinate external ISO 9001 audits, ensuring the company is consistently compliant with the latest standards. Develop, implement, and review procedures and policies that align with ISO 9001 quality management principles. Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO 9001 requirements and best practices. IT Support and Troubleshooting: Liaise with IT service providers for system maintenance, updates, and problem resolution. Liaison with Contract Managers: Work closely with contract managers to ensure that all contracts and services provided meet ISO 9001 quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas where processes can be enhanced in both IT and quality management systems. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to ISO 9001 and IT management. Qualifications: Experience in ISO 9001 compliance and management, preferably within the building services or facilities management industry. Strong IT skills, with knowledge of relevant IT systems and software. Familiarity with building services contracts and operational processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
