About the role
Reporting to your Paid Media Manager you will support them across a portfolio of paid media campaigns – focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social but affording the opportunity to expand into Display, Native and Addressable Media.
Your role is to support the planning and delivery of campaigns within your portfolio. This is a hands-on role that requires a mathematical and analytical mind with a focus on building and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities
1. Keyword research
2. Audience planning
3. Account structure planning & idea generation
4. Shopping feed setup
5. Bid management and campaign adjustments
6. Analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics.
7. Suggesting next steps to improve campaign performance
8. Devising strategies for search and social campaigns
9. Auditing accounts confidently
10. Analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics
Essential skills
11. At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing campaign management
12. Experience being the lead on media campaigns
13. Have passed the following exams: Google Ads Search Fundamentals, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Measurement, Google Ads Video, Shopping Ads, Google Ads Apps and Advanced Google Analytics.
14. Facebook Blueprint certification
15. A strong understanding of bid/budget management strategy
16. A strong understanding of attribution models and the ability to guide clients on what works best for them as a business
17. Comfortable using Google Ads Editor
18. Ability to analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
Desirable skills
19. Previous experience working within an agency or client team environment
20. Any experience with Snapchat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager and any Display DSPs.
21. Experience using the Google Marketing Platform (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Analytics 360 etc.)
22. Experience pitching paid media campaigns to potential clients
