We make Health happen
Working in our UK support functions, you’ll play a key part in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. No matter your role, you’ll have an opportunity to do work that matters, making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.
Service Now is becoming a core part of our People Strategy and technology landscape. As a Digital Employee Experience Consultant, you will focus on optimising an employee's digital experience, primarily through the development of Service Now HRSD. This role would manage the strategic roadmap's delivery through a team of 3. It would require hands-on configuration from time to time, but also a strategic approach to platform development. While Service Now would be the core product (specifically HRSD), there would also be a need to support Workvivo & Docebo (to a lesser extent).
How you’ll help us make Health happen
1. You’ll be accountable for the design and architecture of the primary platforms you’ll support (Service Now bias, but also Workvivo & Docebo). This accountability would extend to resolving issues and incidents either through direct action or by facilitating conversations with other parties.
2. You will identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver positive change in collaboration with the wider People Technology Delivery Team.
3. Be active in seeking out opportunities to develop employee-centric solutions for existing/new functionality and processes for the primary platforms you’ll cover.
4. Engage and facilitate active listening across teams, networks, and communities to generate new ideas for solutions which improve the employee experience with people technology platforms.
5. Own the backlog of changes for the platforms you will cover with a view to prioritising delivery solutions, enhancements, and fixes consistently and swiftly.
6. Manage stakeholders as well as collaborating with other teams, departments, and colleagues on improvements being made and relevant communications.
7. Accountable for the delivery of a small team of Analysts.
8. Acting as a people manager and coaching, supporting, and developing their team to ensure effective delivery.
9. Has an awareness of other platforms (not primary or core people technology) and can provide advanced consultancy to internal stakeholders where needed.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
1. A strong understanding of Service Now, with knowledge of the HRSD product is essential.
2. An understanding of Workvivo, Sharepoint, Canvas, and Docebo would be ideal.
3. Be confident in requirements gathering, solution creation, and technical configuration.
4. Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex solutions to stakeholders.
5. Be experienced with change management processes or project management methodologies.
6. Excellent stakeholder focus, able to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations.
7. An interest and affinity with technology and how technology can enable People/HR operations with a ‘user experience’ mentality.
