We are super flexible on hours, this role can be carried out within 25 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we can be flexible on start and end times too. Youll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more What youll do on a typical day: Collate and deliver financial information to GXO Finance Departments & Site General Manager on a weekly & monthly basis Carry out the weekly invoicing function for all customers & maintain accurate rates schedules & information Provide cover for Finance Assistant, undertaking weekly payroll & purchase order administrative duties (training will be given) Assist Engineering Department with Administrative duties What you need to succeed at GXO: High attention to detail Good knowledge of excel along with some formula experience Time Management & Organisational skills Previous Sales Ledger experience required We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chai ns .
