Job opportunity for SAP Project Manager - Aberdeenshire, UK - Contract - Onsite
Project Planning and Execution:
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate project resources and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
* Team Leadership:
* Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, technical resources, and business users.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Risk Management:
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
Process Improvement:
* Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Training and Support:
* Oversee user training and support during and after implementation.
* Develop documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing SAP projects, with a strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA, BW).
* Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
