As Infrastructure Team Leader, youll own system configuration, lead incident management, and ensure optimal service delivery. Youll guide a skilled team, drive continuous improvements, and work closely with customers and third-party partners to maintain system stability.

These roles require successful applicants to undergo UK security vetting clearance or a willingness to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own technical configuration and architecture of the system ensuring seamless integration across all interfaces.
* Lead the team in triaging, investigating, and resolving incidents, changes, and system stories optimising resource use for timely, effective resolution.
* Monitor and maintain system health to ensure consistent, high-level service delivery.
* Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues including hardware, software, and networking challenges.
* Work within Agile and ITIL frameworks driving continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
* Ensure robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are in place and operational.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in assessing the impact of new features and operational improvements ensuring system stability and relevance while effectively influencing key customers.
* Strong knowledge of the DevOps lifecycle including CI/CD, automation, containerization, and both on-premise and cloud platforms.
* Solid foundation in computer networking including routing, firewalls, and proxies.
* Proficiency in anti-malware agents and IDPS concepts.
* Working knowledge of Linux systems with a preference for Red Hat.
* Proven experience in mentoring, supporting, and developing team members fostering growth and collaboration.
* Ability to identify and drive process and governance improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.
* Hands-on experience in delivery roles with a willingness to actively contribute.
Desirable Skills:
* ITIL V4 & Agile Delivery Methodologies Scrum & Kanban.
