Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing start-up recruitment brand in the Halesowen area. They are looking for a graduate calibre individual to come onboard at what is an exciting time for the business. Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Manage relationships with SME and PLC clients.
2. Develop strong client relationships with senior directors.
3. Proactively plan recruitment with line managers.
4. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding.
5. Drive exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
6. Source candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, and professional tools.
7. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The successful candidate:
8. Degree educated.
9. Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer service is useful but not required.
10. A desire to make a difference and contribute to a growing start-up.
11. Strong IT and communication skills.
12. Good work ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships.
