Bell & Higgins require to add an experienced office administrator to their growing team.
Bell and Higgins have a proven track record of delivering reactive/planned maintenance projects within various sectors, including private, housing association, and insurance.
Qualifications or Experience Required:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar environment.
2. Experience managing other office/admin staff.
3. Experience in maintenance/building work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience dealing with tradespeople and the capability to designate workload and complete/sign off tasks.
5. Capable of managing and delegating workload to other members of staff.
6. Responsible for overseeing general office tasks.
7. Managing sales enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
8. Daily liaison with directors to ensure all tasks are completed.
9. Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
10. Finance/invoicing experience welcomed.
