Due to continued growth in Cambridgeshire, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their delivery team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Leading full site operations from inception to completion Managing subcontractors, trades, and internal site teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations Ensuring health & safety compliance across all activities and enforcing company procedures Working collaboratively with commercial, design, and planning teams to ensure programme performance Client and stakeholder liaison – representing the company in meetings and progress reporting Oversight of QA/QC processes, site reporting, and project documentation Requirements: Significant experience delivering public sector or framework projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid – essential A track record of managing medium-to-large value projects (£10m) through all phases of construction Please apply with the latest copy of your CV or contact James Bennett on the details provided
