Salary: Grade I - SCP 22 - SCP 25 per annum pro rata £29,439-£32,020 FTE per annum (pay award pending). Actual £23,147.86-£25,77.30 (Pay award pending)

Working pattern: Term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks) 37 hours per week

Woodloes Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed School Business Manager.
The role requires a dedicated, flexible, and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality, and integrity. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Management team and will lead an administrative team to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils. The role requires a strong communicator with a good sense of humour; someone who can demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.

As School Business Manager, you will be supporting the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and wider school team by delivering and managing the non-teaching aspects of the school by:
* Managing the daily running of financial (budget management), facilities, and administration aspects of the school supporting the Headteacher and leadership team.
* Ensuring the smooth running of payroll, reconciliation, and delivery of school census working to appropriate deadlines.
* Being competent with systems such as SIMS and iTrent (although training will be provided).
* Liaising effectively with Trust and appropriate external organisations in areas such as Payroll, Administration, HR, and Health & Safety.
