HOURLY PAY RATE BASED ON AFC BAND 5 £31,892 -£39,734 (PRO RATA LESS THAN FULL TIME HOURS)

As part of our Nursing and Midwifery Nurse Bank (N&M), we are seeking experienced RMN’s to work alongside Acute Nursing and Midwifery colleagues in hospital settings, to support the care of patients who have mental and physical health care needs.
We recognise how important it is to ensure mental health patients receive a consistent approach to their care needs. By joining our team of N&M RMN bank staff, you will be integral to a multi-professional team working with the patient to optimise their treatment and recovery in an acute hospital environment.
By joining our N&M Staff Bank, you will initially be aligned to a specific acute hospital site, allowing for our Acute RMN liaison team to support your induction and orientation.
As an experienced RMN you will be able to undertake duties without direct supervision working in partnership with patients, carers, and other professionals/agencies in line with legislative frameworks, agreed standards and clinical policies.
NHSGGC N&M Staff Bank have a range of work patterns and varying hours on an ‘as and when basis’ to fit with your availability either on a full or part-time capacity across a range of shift patterns including day, evening, and night shifts including weekends.
