Looking for a rewarding career in Social Care?
At Sense Scotland, we take immense pride in our work and are currently seeking new talent to join us in supporting individuals with their everyday lives.
We are recruiting for two full time Support Practitioners offering 37 hours per week.
This role requires a flexible approach to shift patterns which cover early and late shifts, sleepover and waken night shifts, weekends and public holidays via a team rota system.
Our ideal candidate will hold a full UK manual driving licence. Don't hold a licence? That's ok, we use public transport too.
Set within the village of Kelty, the building benefits from a spacious communal lounge and kitchen area that can be used for a variety of different activities. The service also has a separate sensory room.
There are 3 individuals who each have their own complex needs, including but not limited to impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, and congenital rubella syndrome. Each individual has their own room within this purpose-built building. Given the complexity of needs, each person's support package is bespoke to their individual needs. Our team provides support in every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care which allows the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Join us in making a real difference and embark on a fulfilling journey at Sense Scotland.
Please note: we reserve the right to close this vacancy early should a suitable number of applications be reached.
