This is essential as the team works closely with many external agencies including the Housing Support grant team. How can I make a difference? Managing Ffynnon effectively is essential for achieving goals, fostering a positive work environment, and foster a positive culture. You will need to lead by example inspire and motivate the team. You will work closely with Housing Support Grant team and many other agencies the support the individuals on service. Day to day, you will: Oversee the running of the service Be responsible for the annual budget and monitoring the service’s income Ensure that advice is given on welfare rights, permanent housing options and other associated information according to the needs and wishes of the clients. Ensure that clients receive appropriate advice Monitor the service and produce and amend procedures as appropriate Build relationships and liaise with local neighbourhoods, businesses, commissioners, and council Who are we looking for? You will have had previous experience in a support environment and have a good understanding of leadership and management. In addition you will be able to demonstrate the ability to; Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team Produce concise, accurate written reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with customers, staff and community partners Knowledge of homelessness issues Ability to network by working in partnership with external agencies Pobl benefits: Full-time, permanent A competitive salary of £31,182.00 Work Pattern: Hours are predominately worked between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but flexibility is require.
