Following a retendering process, the children's service is due to be transferred to the new provider on the 1st of April 2025. Given this post sits within the transferring service, in line with the legislative requirements, the successful candidate will be part of the TUPE transfer along with other colleagues., You will work alongside Health Visitors and will also be supported by our Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Team Leaders and our Safeguarding Team to provide excellent professional practice and to further develop your skills and knowledge.
