The Client Account Management (CAM) team consists of 9 Client Account Managers, supported by a dedicated team of 5 Paraplanners and over 20 advisers. The wider business is currently transitioning into a hub structure where CAMs are aligned to pods consisting of two experienced advisers.
Role Highlights:
* Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH (Monday is always WFH; office days are flexible weekly)
* First two weeks: 4 days in-office for training
* Bonus: Up to 10% annually (7–8% typical)

Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong working relationships with Finura Advisers and Clients
* Provide high-quality financial administration and client servicing
* Understand and manage advisory processes with minimal administrative burden
* Leverage CRM and client portal technology to deliver seamless client experiences
* Continually seek process efficiencies and service improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 4 years in financial services
* Familiarity with new business processing and client servicing
* Experience in fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of FCA regulations (MiFID II, GDPR, PRIIPs)
* Working knowledge of pensions, ISAs, bonds, VCTs, EIS, and protection products
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and CRM platforms
* Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* High attention to detail and brand integrity
* Able to manage projects and work with discretion
