The Opportunity

The Role
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving EHS culture by leading the maintenance team and emphasizing corporate EHS policy and culture.
Your Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Actively and effectively participate in EH&S activities, best practices initiation/sharing, and drive continuous improvement in EHS topics.
2. Lead team members to achieve optimized maintenance planning and enable high-performance operations consistent with plant management strategy.
3. Identify and drive need-based development plans for the maintenance team.
4. Drive plant predictive/preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and safe execution, including the Mechanical Integrity program, in a cost-effective manner without compromising safety and quality goals.
5. Drive plant reliability by constantly reviewing corrective maintenance data and the effectiveness of predictive/preventive maintenance programs using various tools (e.g., RCA, RBM, RCM, FMEA) and inspection techniques (e.g., oil analyses, other NDT).
6. Execute need-based facility-related maintenance.
7. Ensure all maintenance information (e.g., equipment history records and fault reports) is accurately and promptly updated and maintained in SAP and other formats.
8. Track maintenance department-related KPIs closely to find improvement opportunities.
9. Support and comply with work processes related to SAP, Management System (ISO 9001 & 14001), MOC, procurement processes, and related corporate requirements such as Binding Technical Document (BTD).
10. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve company goals.
11. Oversee projects/maintenance works and liaise with contractors to ensure work is carried out safely, smoothly, and according to schedule.
12. Ensure optimal technical store management by supporting the procurement process with a focus on cost reduction without compromising safety and quality.
13. Drive zero-based maintenance budget process, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting, and tracking.
14. Review design, replace, and install new equipment according to spare parts availability for obsolete spares.
15. Drive TPM-related activities in the department.
16. Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas in various technical energy-saving projects, spare part strategies, and the introduction of new vendors and contractors.
You Will Have the Following Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience in a Maintenance management/lead role.
3. Candidates from chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical manufacturing are highly preferred.
4. Demonstration of leadership and managerial responsibility to maintain customer, site, and business needs.
5. Possess a broad knowledge of plant design, production, project management, maintenance management, policies, and standards.
6. Strong working knowledge of SAP.
7. Mechanical integrity program experience and knowledge.
8. Strong computer/IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, IT Network, Telecommunication, etc.).
9. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience (both reactively and proactively).
It's Great If You Also Have the Following:
1. Top Tier COMAH experience would be desirable.
2. Previous experience with Siemens PCS7.
