About the Business An opportunity to be a Credit Controller for an exciting tech company based in Kidderminster. They are looking for an all-round, experienced credit controller. Chasing overdue debts by telephone, email and letter up to litigation. Following up unpaid bills with Partners, and Lawyers. Liaising with internal teams and Partners to minimise & quickly resolve queries. Building strong relationships with Internal & External Clients. Working in a team of Credit Controllers. Oversee the collection of outstanding payments from clients or customers. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for goods or services rendered. Work with customers to set up feasible payment plans for outstanding debts. Handle any disputes or discrepancies related to invoices and payment terms. Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, collections progress, and aging accounts for management. Location / Office / Culture The role is office based in Kidderminster. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a strong team of 40. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have: AAT/CIMA or QBE Strong Experience as a Credit Controller is essential Excellent communication and organisational skills – be able to manage your own workload Ability to managed tight deadlines Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills Good MS Office skills Be a supportive and motivated team member, with drive to do well.
