As a Events Planning Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Ensure that an effective contract handover has taken place with the Event Sales team. To assist clients in the organisation of details relating to their functions, giving logistical and operational advice. Ensure all event details are communicated in a timely manner to the relevant departments. Attend precon and debrief meeting with clients. Be present on the day of the event in order to introduce your own clients to the operations team and ensure a smooth and detailed hand over. To stay and supervise service for all own social events till it is appropriate to leave and be available during larger corporate events. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
