Role Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Manager who will work alongside and support our dynamic Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Working alongside our Key Account Manager’s you will:- Role Responsibilities: Engaging with client representatives through phone calls and email communication Maintaining and updating the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions. Keeping client records accurate and up to date in the CRM, including contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles. Following up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals. Attend and participate in client meetings alongside Key Account Managers Providing administrative support for tender submissions, including tasks like preparing case studies, accreditation evidence, and quality submissions Monitoring online procurement portals to identify publicly shared opportunities and generate sales leads.
