We’re looking for a L&D Consultant who will partner with key business areas. It’s a chance to reimagine, shape, create, and deliver distinctive learning experiences that enable our dunnhumby colleagues to develop, increase their performance, and have a direct impact on dunnhumby’s growth ambitions. You will work with leadership to create learning plans by identifying regional learning and development needs and supporting the delivery to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own, develop, and deliver a professional learning program to offer the next generation of distinctive learning experiences for our selling professionals globally.
2. Bring disruptive new ideas to drive effectiveness and engagement through innovative approaches to learning.
3. Partner with key business/function areas to identify focus areas related to learning & development priorities and capability building.
4. Shape the learning agenda for the region by conducting effective learning needs analysis, including managing the assigned Learning budget, ensuring alignment with dunnhumby’s global learning curriculum and the strategic objectives of the assigned area.
