Job Title: Product Line Manager – Business Functions
Location: Warton or Frimley ideally but options for other locations available as some business travel is necessary. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £80,100+ depending on skills and experiences plus executive benefits

What you’ll be doing:
1. Establishing the team including confirming the product organisations and recruiting key roles and defining statements of work for 3rd party supplier engagement.
2. Working with customers to understand requirements, develop and prioritise the backlog, and create and communicate a value stream roadmap to support business engagement and alignment.
3. Engaging with other Product Line Managers inside and outside of your product value stream and establish a regular cadence of interaction and ways of working that allow for sharing of understanding and plans across the business.
4. Implementing appropriate systems to control the flow of work ensuring that the right things are delivered in the right way.
5. Being able to demonstrate the value of digital services in your Product Line to the business by launching, or improving products and services.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Proven experience in product management, preferably within a technology domain.
2. Strong understanding of the agile development methodology and product lifecycle management.
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple delivery activities and experience of working with all functions.
5. Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in product analytics and user research.
6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) with experience in technology product management.

Within a value stream, the success of a particular line of technology goods is the responsibility of the Product Line Manager (PLM). You oversee a group of Product Owners and are accountable to the Head of Product Value Stream for overseeing the development, strategy, and implementation of products.
