This role will work primarily with the Investigation Systems Manager supporting work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement continuous improvements to support the Investigators and investigations undertaken by MNSI. The primary function of the system support office will be to provide bespoke support to the programme and the day-to-day management of the Case Manager (the MNSI investigation management system), Egress and SharePoint Systems. Job description The post holder will be responsible for the provision of strong, visible, professional technical support to MNSI who fosters a culture of continuous improvement, compassion and excellence in all aspects of the maternity programme. The role sits within a small team working across the programme providing day to day support with the investigation management systems (HIMS), SharePoint and the secure messaging platform Egress. The post holder will be one of two people providing support to the programme and will be used to a fast-paced, changing landscape and is able to prioritise workloads and address the needs of the business. Reporting to the Investigation Systems Manager you will provide support to incidents, assistance in change requests and form strong relationships with other relevant teams. The post holder will assist in training for IT issues experienced by the programme as well as creating training videos for any changes implemented. Person specification Experience of working in an ITIL environment Experience of troubleshooting software related issues in the cloud. Assisting with Software Implementation projects Provide first and second line support to NHS trust end users. Providing first and second line IT support to internal programme users Understanding of ITIL processes Experience of SharePoint Administration Minimum of 2 years experience within a support desk role. Proficiency of the Microsoft office suite of products Solid understanding of cloud software solutions. Experience of working with managed service suppliers to maintaining a strong working relationship Experience of providing support to a user base with a varying range of technical Demonstrate an understanding of system management and relevant policies. Experience of working with investigation management systems. Understanding of the theories underpinning system change Knowledge of Azure AD and security groups. Desktop Support Skills Developing reporting and dashboards using Free marker and PowerBI experience. Experience of working to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision.
