Position: Interim Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager
Location: Anywhere in the UK
Duration: 3-4 Months (Potential for Extension)
Rate: Circa £450 per day (DOE)

This position offers a unique opportunity to impact safety initiatives across key sites and make a significant impact within a leading brand in the Logistics and Retail sector.
What can you expect in this role, and what does it offer you?
* Co-ordinating key occupational health and wellbeing (OHW) programmes across the organisation
* Working through key OHW tenders
* Collecting and reporting on data relating to occupational health programmes and feeding this into OHS management systems
* Supporting the Health and Safety Director on the delivery of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Campaigns (such as annual flu jab or healthy eating campaigns)
* Conduct DSE assessments and lead the wider DSE assessment programme
What We're Looking For:
* Significant experience in Occupational Health and Wellbeing within challenging industries
* Effective at influencing stakeholders at all levels and crafting high-quality presentations to communicate key messages.
* Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
