We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in Crewe. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as providing support and guidance to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities : Deliver outstanding patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions based on individual patient needs. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions. Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status, ensuring timely intervention and escalating issues when necessary. Provide patient education and support to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Document and update patient records accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality requirements. Participate in patient rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and other collaborative care activities. Provide emotional support to patients and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Contribute to the professional development of the nursing team through mentoring, supervision, and support. Requirements : Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience in a healthcare setting (preferred). Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients, families, and colleagues effectively. Ability to maintain accurate, detailed records and adhere to regulatory requirements. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required. Desirable : Experience in [specific clinical area, e.g., elderly care, surgical nursing, pediatric nursing]. Additional certifications or training in relevant areas of nursing.
