Key Responsibilities: Client Experience: Greet clients with warmth, address their needs, and provide expert guidance on class selections, memberships, and products. Operations Excellence: Support the General and Marketing Managers in daily studio tasks, manage schedules, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations. Leadership & Problem Solving: Take charge of challenging situations, such as client injuries or technical issues, with professionalism and efficiency. Sales & Performance: Drive class attendance, retail sales, and overall satisfaction goals while maintaining an accurate sales tracker. Studio Management: Ensure the studio embodies our distinct aesthetic and culture while managing inventory, organizing events, and overseeing POS systems. Community Engagement: Build relationships within the local community to attract new clients and offer exclusive benefits.
