There is a team of Accountants who are looking for someone to be their “lynchpin” keeping the team organised and their clients made to feel welcome.
We need you to be an Administrator who likes people and working with figures and someone who can be the “glue” that keeps the team together.
It's a working Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3.30pm.
There's free parking too.
What will your working week look like?
1. Assisting with some basic bookkeeping and VAT returns using a cloud-based accounting system.
2. Making clients and visitors feel welcome.
3. Organising refreshments for meetings.
4. Making appointments and confirming meetings.
5. Answering incoming calls with professional warmth.
6. Typing letters, emails, invoices, and engagement letters.
7. Monitoring and ordering stationery.
8. File management.
9. Petty Cash management.
What will you bring to the role?
1. A personable approach to work - lots of warmth and empathy.
2. Previous good all-round admin and accounts experience.
3. An aptitude for figure work.
4. Good MS Word skills.
5. Good organisational skills.
6. Good with the bigger picture and the detail.
7. An appreciation of being part of a small but successful team.
8. Experience with any cloud-based accounting system/s is appreciated but this is easily trainable.
