* Rota: 4 on / 4 off (Day Shift) - 42 average (07:00 to 19:00)

Job Opportunity
* Coordinate scheduling and rostering to ensure optimal staff coverage across multiple sites within the London region.
* Perform administrative duties, including report generation, data entry, and documentation management.
* Conduct site visits to maintain standards, provide support to on-site teams, and ensure compliance with company protocols.
* Act as a primary point of contact for site-based employees, offering guidance, support, and resolving day-to-day queries.
* Collaborate with branch teams to address operational needs and support service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations, maintaining a professional and consistent standard across sites
Essential Skills
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative and scheduling/planning roles, with at least 3 years in the security industry.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); familiarity with rostering/scheduling platforms such as Timegate is advantageous.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Customer Service: Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with the ability to manage client interactions professionally.
* Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
* Adaptability: Willing to learn and adapt to new IT applications and tools as required by the role.
