Requirements:
- We expect you to obtain an ITIL Foundation Certificate within 12 months of joining. You should possess a pragmatic problem-solving attitude and have the ability to comprehend technical issues. High accuracy and attention to detail are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. We value a methodical and organized approach, as well as experience with Business Systems or Applications, preferably with Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules. Strong teamwork and customer liaison skills are also crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, I will work closely with system users to analyze processes, provide solutions, and document them. I will manage and resolve support calls within defined SLAs and collaborate with Managed Service providers when necessary. I will also offer expert advice and training, ensuring core application stability and rapid incident response. My responsibilities include identifying and supporting process improvements, managing setup, maintenance, and service delivery. I will resolve incidents and data issues quickly while promoting data quality and ensuring accurate information. Additionally, I will configure and manage systems per change control, perform root cause analysis on data issues, provide second/third line incident support, conduct User Acceptance testing, and maintain current knowledge and integrity regarding BPSS systems.
