Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Office Manager based in Windsor, Berkshire.
The primary objective of the Office Manager role is to provide support to the business, manage and develop the office environment, provide support to operations of the business, and to be the focal person for our client's HQ.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the office to ensure it runs efficiently, including maintaining tidiness, ordering stationery, and managing refreshments.
* Arranging social and team events.
* Welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.
* Setting up for meetings and arranging refreshments/food.
* Arranging recycling of electrical equipment and confidential shredding.
* Booking maintenance appointments.
* Serving as Fire Marshall, ensuring weekly fire alarm tests and walk-arounds are carried out.
* Acting as First Aider.
* Arranging Fire Risk Assessments and Emergency Lighting certifications, ensuring any issues are addressed.
* Managing accounts and system improvements with office suppliers.
* Supporting Contracts Admin when necessary.
This is a full-time permanent Office Manager position, Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm, offering an annual salary of £28,000 – £30,000 DOE.
