Development Work with the existing Volunteer Coordinator and other colleagues to identify opportunities to develop our practice, policies and procedures and volunteer strategy in line with our commitment for continuous improvement and development. Identify opportunities to develop new volunteering projects and activities relevant to the charity. Supervision, monitoring and reporting Update and maintain a database of prospective and existing volunteers. Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken and produce written reports as required. Engage in regular one-to-ones with the line manager including an annual performance development review. Participate in regular team meetings and attend staff briefings.
