My client provides state of the art equipment to automotive and MOT centres throughout the UK. They now seek a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team.
Role:
To provide IT Support to the client base via phone, remote access and live chat
To log all support tickets and advise management re. ongoing or regular technical issues
To provide support re. blue tooth, WiFi, Windows, Network, specialist software issues (training provided on software)
Give exceptional customer service
Ensure the customer is fully up to date re. support process
Liaise with other departments within the organisation to ensure technical support issues are handled efficiently at all times
Update Field Engineers of specific technical issues that will need to be addressed
Pass on technical issues to other Engineers if you can't resolve the issue
Skills required:
Exceptional customer service skills
Technical support experience, although training will be provided on in-house software
Technical support experience on Windows applications, WiFi, Network, Cloud systems
A driving licence and own vehicle is essential to get to the office.
