Reward & Benefits Advisor
Home based with the ability to travel to the Hook office when required

Here at Serco, we are looking for a Reward and Benefits Advisor to support the UK & E Reward Team by helping with cyclical reward and benefits activities as well as contributing to some of the more technical aspects of Reward & Benefits to assist in the overall delivery of a first-class service to the business.

In this key role you will collate monthly reporting around starters and leavers, identifying and escalating missing or incorrect data fields, provide benefits stats for the quarterly reward pack and DPR and lead on benchmarking activities.

As part of this you’ll:

1. Benchmark roles B4 – B2, asking for support from the Reward & Benefits Partner as and when needed.
2. Support in the development of Serco’s benefit schemes and help ensure data accuracy.
3. Run benefits webinars and F2F sessions to increase uptake and improve engagement.
4. Assist in completion of salary surveys (including Europe).
5. Respond to periodical pulse surveys and spot surveys.
6. Support in drafting and issuing communications and collateral relating to cyclical activity (annual pay review, bonus invitations etc…)
7. Support with internal communications for both compensation and benefits.
8. Lead on any changes required for the tiles in the benefits portal.
9. Support in the development of any communications as well as any FAQs for Serco’s benefit schemes.
10. Monitoring of recognition and thanks schemes, including new scheme oversight.

What you’ll need to do the role:

1. Experience with benchmarking, specifically Willis Towers Watson, or KF Hay trained.
2. High level of attention to detail.
3. Works to a high degree of accuracy and produces good quality deliverables.
4. Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
5. Able to manage workload and prioritise.
6. Self-motivated and drive to make a difference.
